Billing, subscriptions & refunds

This Billing Policy explains how subscriptions, payments, cancellation, and refunds work for Revis Pro, the B2B sales CRM operated by Revis Pro LLC. It should be read with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Who processes payments

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Whop. Checkout and membership pages include https://revispro.whop.site/ and https://whop.com/revispro/revispro-app/. Card details and payment method data are handled by Whop (and its payment partners), not stored on this static marketing site. Refunds and chargebacks are also subject to Whop’s platform policies in addition to the Revis Pro rules below.

2. Plans and pricing

Current list prices for Revis Pro (billed monthly via Whop, unless Whop displays a different billing interval at checkout):

• Starter — $39 per month
• Growth — $79 per month
• Team — $129 per month

Prices may change; the amount shown at Whop checkout and on your Whop membership receipt controls for that purchase. We do not claim a free trial or no-credit-card trial unless we expressly offer one in writing. As of the effective date, there is no free trial period.

3. Subscriptions and renewals

Unless you cancel, your Whop membership for Revis Pro renews automatically at the then-current plan price and interval. You authorize Whop to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

4. Taxes

Applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar charges may be calculated and collected by Whop at checkout or on invoices, depending on your location and Whop’s tax settings. Those amounts are in addition to the plan price when charged.

5. How to cancel

Cancel through your Whop membership settings for Revis Pro (manage or cancel membership on Whop). Cancellation stops future renewals according to Whop’s timing rules; you typically keep access until the end of the paid period already charged. For help locating cancellation controls, email contact@revispro.com and we will point you to the correct Whop flow. Canceling does not automatically create a refund for time already billed.

6. Refunds

Because billing runs on Whop, we cannot promise outcomes that only Whop can execute. Our customer-facing refund stance is:

• Request window. If you believe a charge was made in error, or you purchased by mistake and have not meaningfully used the Service, email contact@revispro.com within 7 days of the charge date. Include your Whop account email, plan name, and charge date.
• Review. We will review good-faith requests and, where appropriate, work with Whop to issue a refund or credit. Approval is discretionary and may be declined for abuse, excessive prior refunds, or substantial use of the Service during the period.
• Whop platform rules. Whop may also apply its own refund, dispute, and chargeback procedures. Those rules can limit or delay what we can do. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.
• No guaranteed refund. Except where required by law, refunds are not guaranteed. Partial-period refunds after cancellation are not promised.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Whop may retry the charge or suspend membership access until payment succeeds. Resolve payment issues in your Whop account or contact us if you need the correct plan link.

8. Changes to plans or this policy

We may change plan prices or this Billing Policy. Price changes for existing memberships typically take effect on a future renewal and will appear through Whop. Policy updates will show a new effective date on this page.
