Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Revis Pro website at revispro.com and the Revis Pro B2B sales CRM product (the “Service”), operated by Revis Pro LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Revis Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, completing a purchase through Whop, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Billing Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and business use

The Service is intended for business and professional use. You represent that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to bind the business or organization you represent, and will use the Service only for lawful commercial purposes. Revis Pro is a B2B sales CRM. It is not a consumer product, not real-estate AI software, and not QuotaBoard.

3. Accounts

Access to the product may be provided through Whop membership and related account credentials. You are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials confidential;
• All activity under your account or membership;
• Providing accurate contact and billing information via Whop or to us by email.

Notify us promptly at contact@revispro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business sales operations. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, or commercially redistribute the Service itself.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights;
• Probe, scan, or disrupt the Service or related systems;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at abusive scale, or bypass access controls except as allowed by law;
• Upload malware or harmful content;
• Use the Service to send unlawful spam or deceptive communications;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Use the Service for anything other than legitimate B2B sales CRM purposes consistent with these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

Revis Pro, the Service, our branding (including the “R” mark), software, designs, and documentation remain owned by Revis Pro LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of customer data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Third-party platform (Whop)

Checkout, membership access, and payment processing for Revis Pro are hosted and processed by Whop. Relevant product and checkout pages include revispro.whop.site and whop.com/revispro/revispro-app. Your use of Whop is also subject to Whop’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for Whop’s platform outages, account systems, or payment processing errors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Fees

Paid plans are described on our site and billed through Whop. Current list prices (subject to change): Starter $39/month, Growth $79/month, and Team $129/month. Taxes and platform fees may apply as charged by Whop. See our Billing Policy for subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds. There is no advertised free trial that does not require payment method enrollment unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIS PRO LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that forecasts or recommendations will achieve any particular sales outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIS PRO LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revis Pro LLC from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your Whop membership as described in the Billing Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where prohibited by law or where Whop’s terms require a different forum for payment disputes.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we post updates. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may also be communicated by email when we have your address.
