2. Information we collect

Account and contact information

When you buy or access Revis Pro through Whop, Whop may collect account details such as name, email address, payment method information, and membership status. We may receive related account or contact details needed to provide support and the Service. If you email us at contact@revispro.com, we receive the content of your message and your email address.

Customer data in the CRM

If you use the product, you may enter business sales data (for example contacts, deals, pipeline notes). That data is processed to operate the CRM for your account.

This static marketing site

The revispro.com one-pager is a static marketing site. As of the effective date, it does not load third-party advertising pixels or analytics trackers that we intentionally install. Your browser may still send standard technical data to our hosting provider (such as IP address, user agent, and request logs) when you fetch pages. We do not invent or claim additional trackers on this site. If we add cookies or analytics later, we will update this Policy.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Revis Pro CRM;
• Process subscriptions and memberships via Whop;
• Respond to support and sales inquiries;
• Send service-related notices (for example billing or policy updates) when we have your email;

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of a small B2B SaaS business. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use strong credentials and protect access to your Whop membership.

7. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 where that is the applicable age). If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact contact@revispro.com and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email contact@revispro.com. We may need to verify your identity. For data held solely by Whop (for example payment card details), you may also need to contact Whop directly.

We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we post updates. Continued use after changes means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
